Our membership process is a time for you to hear about what we believe God is up to in the world, what He is doing at Calvary, and how you can be a part of it. This also provides an opportunity for us to get to know you and your story.

Step 1: Fill out a membership application
Use the form on this page to complete your membership application.
Step 2: Read and agree to the church constitution
Once you fill out a membership form, you will be emailed our current constitution.
Step 3: Meet with a pastor
The pastor who receives your application will reach out to set up a time to meet.
Step 4: Get baptized
If you have not been baptized, head over to our baptism page to learn more.
Step 5: Get voted in by the church
You will share your testimony with our church family, and they will vote to approve your membership.
Step 6: Get plugged in
We want you to continue to grow and take next steps in serving Jesus and His Church.

Why Does Membership Matter?

Commitment

Going to "church" isn't just about showing up at a time and a place. It's about  being part of a family. We want you to be committed to us as a family. 

Using Your Gifts

God has given you gifts to serve the church. 1 Corinthians 12 describes how you are called to use these gifts for others. We want to help you understand how God has gifted you and where you can serve at Calvary.

Accountability

As followers of Jesus, we are to be there for one another. "One another" is one of the most used phrases in the New Testament. We want everyone to be involved in a group of some kind, not only to grow, but to have accountability that comes from fellowshipping with followers of Jesus. 

You are Family

Families are a wonderful thing designed by God. But a lot of times, families can be messy, even though God's word calls us to live in peace. When we face challenges, we stick together as a family, we forgive each other, and ultimately, love our family above ourselves.

Thank you so much for submitting your membership application, which is just you letting us know that you want to become a part of our Calvary family. If you haven't done that yet, simply scroll back up to the previous section and fill out the information requested there. Part of this process is you sharing your story with our family. One part of the membership process is to share your story about how God has transformed your life with our church family.  We want to celebrate what God has done in your life and come alongside you to continue encouraging you in your walk with Christ. We encourage you to continue to think about that as you take this next step of membership together with us.  A member of our pastoral team will help you walk through this step in their conversations with you.
