From 1 Timothy 5, we're reminded that the church thrives when we honor our leaders, protect them from false accusations, choose them carefully, and encourage one another to watch our lives closely. We're not meant to fly solo. We need each other—leaders bearing the headwinds and members creating uplift through prayer, encouragement, and support.

The church isn't about sitting in chairs for 45 minutes. It's about connections. It's about disciples helping disciples follow Jesus. Do you have someone speaking truth into your life? Are you speaking into someone else's? That's what we're called to—a Spirit-led formation where everyone helps the body move forward in harmony.
